Frequently asked questions

Because shipping couriers cannot guarantee delivery before 12/24/22 for any orders this holiday season, we recommend placing orders by the following dates to give your products the chance to deliver by 12/24.

Standard Flat Rate: Dec 6
Ground: Dec 8
2 Day: Dec 16
Flat Rate International: Nov 28

Orders for flags, jerseys and performance sleevless hoodies must be placed by Dec 2 for the best chance at delivery before 12/24.

Please email store@patmcafeeshow.com with your name and order number if you'd like to return any of the items you receive for an exchange or refund. 

The refund/exchange policy is different for each product on the site. In the event that your item is eligible for a refund/exchange, we will send instructions upon receipt of your email request. Please note that any shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer if the item order is eligible.

When your order is placed you should receive an order confirmation via email or phone, depending on which contact info you entered at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking info.

Yes, we ship our items from multiple facilities. Because of this, you may receive your order in separate shipments and on different days.
