Can I return my item for a refund/exchange?
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number if you'd like to return any of the items you receive for an exchange or refund.
The refund/exchange policy is different for each product on the site. In the event that your item is eligible for a refund/exchange, we will send instructions upon receipt of your email request. Please note that any shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer if the item order is eligible.
What is the status of my order?
When your order is placed you should receive an order confirmation via email or phone, depending on which contact info you entered at checkout.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking info.
Do items ship separately?
Yes, we ship our items from multiple facilities. Because of this, you may receive your order in separate shipments and on different days.
